This is a summary of the commercial terms on the website. The signed yellow shipping form is the contract of carriage.
Prices
You pay the published 2026 list (or a written quote). Ordinary delivery costs are included. Fuel is included. Import duties, taxes and extraordinary shipping-line surcharges are not — if goods attract import duty, we charge the sender extra. Pay in euro in advance by bank, or on site to the driver. The yellow copy is proof of payment and of shipment.
Pick-up
Ask for pick-up at least one week before we load, via this website or info@lvmcargo.nl. Order empty boxes in time. Unpaid boxes do not sail.
Insurance
Cover is limited, as stated on the shipping form. Stay near the advised weights. Claims need the yellow copy. Full LVM security tape is required — that is why the tape is free.
