How it works
Three steps. No surprises.
You do not need to know shipping jargon. We pick the box up, we sail it in a container that is only ours, and we take it to the family.

We bring you boxes
Empty cartons and our security tape are free. We take a €10 deposit per box when we deliver them; it comes off the shipping price when we collect the full box.
- 2
You pack, we collect
Pack at home, then book a pick-up online. Or drop the box at our warehouse in Heerde and save €5 on the first box and €2.50 on each extra box.
- 3
Family receives it at the door
Your box sails in our own container from Rotterdam. We then deliver it to the address in the Philippines — not to a depot, to the door.
What you pay
The website price is all-in
- Carton, LVM security tape, pick-up or warehouse drop-off, and door-to-door delivery
- Tracking from Heerde all the way to the barangay
- Insurance as described in our terms
The only extra we collect is a €10 deposit per empty box. It is deducted from the shipping fee when we pick the full box up. Import duty only applies if the contents are not balikbayan family goods.
How long it takes
Typically 8–12 weeks. We do not promise a day.
Pick-up and warehouse
About a week, depending on your area.
Rotterdam port
Around 5 days before the vessel sails.
At sea
Usually 6–7 weeks to Manila or Cebu.
Customs and last mile
1–5 weeks for most boxes after the container arrives.

Since 2011 we have shipped family support goods — balikbayan boxes — and nothing else as a side business. We only fill containers that belong to us. That is slower to sell, and safer for your box.
