How we work
A balikbayan box is not a bulk parcel. On the receiving side it is an event: family gathers, the tape comes off, and what you packed is what they hoped for.
If we cannot keep a promise, we do not make it.
We do not sell a calendar delivery day, because ocean ships, weather and Philippine customs are not ours to command. We do tell you the sailing date, the expected port arrival, and an honest window for the last mile.
We publish how full a container is. If your box does not fit this sailing, it goes on the next one — and we say so. Website pick-up requests are loaded before last-minute collections, so booking online is not a formality. It is how you keep your place.
Customer satisfaction is not a slogan for us. It is how a small forwarder stays in business since 2011.
